The B/R/S Group is a collection of seasoned marketing researchers who
work under a common brand, often with their own client base but sometimes
working with other Partners on larger projects. This allows them to share the
benefits of working as a team while retaining a considerable amount of
freedom in their working lives. Partners share in the profits of the

Partners tend to have at least 10 years research experience,
and their own practice or client base. Working within BRS
allows Partners to grow their business while benefiting from a
support network, set in a collegial atmosphere.
We are looking for someone with very good quantitative research
experience, as our quantitative practice is growing. However, we are
open to senior qualitative people, or those who can work
well in both disciplines.

Senior Researcher
Location: San Rafael, CA

BRS also has an opening for a senior level researcher with at least 5
years research experience, and preferably with some good
life experience as well. This person would be a salaried employee of
the company, and would be expected to make real contributions to the
projects and clients we work with. An ideal candidate would have both
qualitative and quantitative research experience, although we would consider
strong candidates who have made a specialty out of either discipline.
It is not necessary for someone at this level to have their own
practice or client base, but they would be expected to develop this
while they are at BRS. This position is at the Project Manager or
Project Director level.

Each demands that the person take a responsible and
knowledgeable stance to project work, interact with clients and travel
extensively at least in the US. Project Managers tend to work with
Partners on projects and are building their own client base, while
Project Directors have more experience and are expected to handle some
projects from start to finish, and to generate some business.
