The team comprises of Sharon Davis and Andrew Kelly, who have

detailed understanding of macro (structure, key competitors, regulation)
and micro (business and technology) issues in the U.S. and Europe.
The team is adept at conveying the research subject matter on
a variety of levels, in clear terms for consumers and at a technical
level for employees and intermediaries. In addition, we are good
at communicating recommendations to a variety of audiences, from
board members to sector specialists (e.g., underwriters and marcoms
teams). Our diverse experience enables us to go beyond the traditional
realms of marketing research — e.g., working as part of
the client’s implementation team in developing the final
