Andrew Kelly has extensive experience in both standard and projective qualitative research techniques across a wide variety of product and service categories. Although a generalist in the true sense of the word, Andrew has, in fact, specialized in the areas of financial services, hi-tech consumer electronics and pharmaceuticals.
He is also an experienced international researcher, having conducted qualitative projects in the U.S. for European- and Asian-based clients and in Asia (Japan, Hong Kong, Korea, India), Europe (England, France, Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic), Latin America (Mexico, Brazil, Argentina), South Africa and the Middle East for U.S.-based clients.
Before joining BRS in 1999, Andrew had his own qualitative research consultancy and spent ten years in the research and strategic services departments of a number of prominent New York-based advertising agencies. He received his Ph.D. (in English Literature) from Princeton University in 1976.
