Lisa Rotter has over twenty years of experience in marketing research. She began her career at Generis Latina, S.A. in Guatemala City a full service marketing research firm in Guatemala, where she grew up. There she worked for 10 years on both qualitative and quantitative projects.

In 1997 Lisa relocated to San Francisco where she joined BRS Group as Project Manager in the quantitative division. Over the last several years she has managed over one hundred national and international projects. She now directs BRS’s in-house online capabilities and has been instrumental in developing and implementing our ‘Digital Salon’ bulletin board data collection technique.

Managing automotive clinics for our international clients is one of her passions at BRS. But not all of the work Lisa does is for commercial clients, she worked with the Financial Women’s Association of San Francisco, the California Arts Council, the San Francisco Symphony, and the Bay Area Discovery Museum on projects each associated with understanding social reach in a multi-cultural context.

Lisa attended high school in Guatemala and received her degree in Marketing and Management from Texas A&M University. She is fluent in Spanish and German.
