noraNora joined BRS Group in 2007 after earning an honors degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Nora's focus is on qualitative research. She feels fortunate to have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects through assisting the BRS Group doing market segmentation, packaging, branding, positioning and product development research.

Nora supports projects in whatever way she is needed. Often this means interviewing and screening participants, pulling quotations from transcripts and clips from videos or managing project logistics and analysis.

Nora is especially interested in developing and perfecting qualitative methodologies that employ digital technology, like mobile phones and the Internet. As such she manages BRSblogs, Digital Salons, and other digital projects.

Nora enjoys traveling and a good laugh.
