Sharon is responsible for developing the BRS Financial Research practice within the company. She has 9 years research experience gained on both client and agency sides, and is equally comfortable with qualitative and quantitative research projects, both domestically and internationally.

Prior to BRS, Sharon was the UK head of the Financial Services division at MORPACE International; and a marketing researcher at Royal & SunAlliance, a top 5 UK insurance company. In these roles, she has worked with leading insurers, banks, building societies and retailers.

Sharon maintains an ongoing dialogue with all clients regardless of whether a project is currently running. She strongly believes in delivering business-oriented results through a commitment to understanding all aspects of a client's business, and a genuine interest in the industry through extensive reading of the trade press. In addition, she has had a number of articles published in the UK financial services press exploring the role of intermediaries, creditor insurance and the design of financial websites.

Sharon holds a science honors degree in Marketing from Lancaster University, England.
